Goods returned after the due date will incur an additional
charge pro rata to the length overdue. (Please see detailed
charge structure above). There will be a minimum cancellation fee of £20
if you cancel your order giving us more than seven days notice.
Any items cancelled with less than seven days notice will be liable
for full payment.
A charge (up to the full
retail value) may be levied for any damage or loss whilst the
goods are in the customer's care, unless covered by the accidental
damage waiver (A.D.W.) The A.D.W provides cover for accidental
damage to the retail value of the goods hired. It does not
cover hats and some 'designer' outfits. It does not
cover loss, theft or malicious damage, nor does it cover
events already covered by other insurance. Loss of hangers,
suit carriers, cravat pins etc. will be charged at the current
prices as displayed above.
A security deposit will
be charged and is refundable only on the return of the goods in
accordance with these conditions of hire.
Nothing in the above shall
affect your statuary rights. |
