• Placing your order : VERY straightforward using your easy to use website. I was a little confused about how to agree to your terms and conditions, in order to pay electronically but, in the event, one of your staff contacted me promptly, by phone, for my payment details.
• Order Processing and contact with our staff : Your staff were very helpful and courteous.
• Delivery : The items were delivered to my desk, you cannot get better than that! The delivery/collection service that you offer was a BIG reason that I chose you. A friend of mine had to collect his DJ in the pouring rain, by public transport and only paid a few pounds less than I did.
• Collection : Just as easy as collection. I left the suit and shirt, in the delivery box provided, at my work reception and it was collected the same morning by the courier service.
• Quality of clothing supplied and fit etc : The quality of both the suit and shirt was good and they were both spotlessly clean.
• Other Comments : Overall, I was delighted by your service. In fact I have recommended your site to friends and put it forward for inclusion into BP's "Virtual Village". I found the website easy to use, intuitive and informative, especially the "etiquette" section. The garments arrived with time to spare and were VERY clean and the delivery/collection service was efficient and reliable.
