Internet Explorer users will experience difficulty accessing the on-line payment system.  To avoid this, you need to turn off  'Pop Up Blocking'  BEFORE you use the shop or go to the Checkout.

This is simple to do. 
Look at the menu on the top of this window.  Click on Tools.  Select Pop Up Blocker.  Select Turn Off.
